Add Your Route to Macclesfield's Litter Map

The map aims to avoid duplication, and hopefully prompt other people to tackle other areas.

If you have cleaned an area recently, and would like to add that to this map, there are various ways to do it:-

Email a description:
You can simply send in the name of the street or streets that you have covered, if possible name the start and end points as junctions or prominent buildings.
We will then draw your route on the official map and email you back to check that it is correct.
Using Google Maps on your phone, tablet or PC:
Find your route on the map, take a screen shot, and then mark that up with your route. You can send the picture to us by email or WhatsApp etc. to 07825 702020.

Ask for permission to edit the official map directly.
You need a gmail account to do this.

It is arguable that by putting your name against a route, you are endorsing litter picking activity, and people who respect you may be influenced to follow suit.

However, some may prefer to work 'behind the scenes', and for that reason we ask that you let us know whether you want your name to appear against your route?
